Colliers International brings Wells Fargo Center to 95 percent occupancy

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen represented the owner of the Wells Fargo Center, Caprocq Greenville, LLC, in multiple leases in the office tower located at 15 S. Main Street. The office tower is now 95 percent occupied.

The Wells Fargo Center was purchased by Caprocq in December of 2016 and Colliers International was selected for leasing, property management and project management. Since taking on the responsibility of leasing, Anderson and Allen have increased occupancy from 80 to 95 percent in six months. The center has seen an influx of new tenants, such as DP3 Architects and Greer Walker. Anderson and Allen have also completed long-term extension and expansions of existing tenants Jackson Lewis, Grace Hill and Arthur J. Gallagher.

“We have been thrilled with the work the Colliers team has brought to our Center. Not only have they been efficient in increasing our occupancy to 95% but they have also provided quality tenants and creative solutions to the building,” said Dewitt Smith, Principal, Caprocq Greenville, LLC.

Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen are both members of the Colliers office brokerage team, specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.
