Colliers International brings the retail portion of the Wells Fargo Center to 100 percent occupancy

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented the owner of the Wells Fargo Center, Caprocq Greenville, LLC, in the lease of 1,590 square feet of restaurant space at 21 S. Main Street in Greenville, SC. The new space will be occupied by Tropical Grille, a healthy, Cuban quick-service restaurant. This will be the first downtown location for Tropical Grille as they expand from their current locations on Woodruff Road, Pelham Road, SC-14 and Rolling Hills Circle in the Upstate.

Colliers International South Carolina was retained by the new ownership, Caprocq, on December 1, 2016 to oversee leasing, property management and project management services. Within 2 months, Colliers filled the restaurant space formerly occupied by Pita Pit and negotiated a ten-year lease. Additionally, Burgess and Byars secured a tenant for the last vacant retail space in the Center with a 6-year lease. The two leases bring the retail portion of the Wells Fargo Center to 100% occupancy.
