Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall represented Red Bullet Development in the lease of a 75,000-square foot industrial warehouse at Clinton 26 Commerce Park, at 100 Technology Way in Clinton, SC to General Electric International (GE).
GE selected the location for its new $29 million research and development facility that will be used to test prototype bearing designs and evaluate next generation bearing technology for the GE’s Onshore Wind business.

Their decision helps further validate the I-26 corridor; they will be an outstanding tenant for Red Bullet's facility but also an exemplary corporate citizen for Laurens County and the City of Clinton. We believe this decision will generate additional interest in this location, as activity begets activity,” said Garrett Scott, senior brokerage associate with Colliers International | South Carolina.
The project was a great example of public-private partnership between Red Bullet Development, the City of Clinton and Laurens County, and was pre-leased during the completion of construction. This was the first building constructed in Clinton 26 Commerce Park, which was master planned by Pacolet Milliken and has over 750 acres of additional development capacity.
Red Bullet Development, owned by partners Jon McClure and Wake Fickey, is a Greenville-based development company created to meet the ever-growing demand for mid-sized and energy efficient Class A industrial spaces throughout the Southeast. Red Bullet previously completed and leased a 125,000-square foot building in Hunter Industrial Park in Laurens County. The company also has holdings in Charleston, SC and is looking for additional opportunities in the Southeast.
