Greenville, SC –  Colliers International’s Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen represented the landlord, Gerber Pelham Realty LLC, in the lease of 6,350 square feet of office space at Pelham at Hyland, 7003 Pelham Road in Greenville, SC.  Richard Jackson, also with Colliers International, represented the tenant, CPI Security, assisting them with their expansion in the Upstate.

Gerber Pelham Realty, LLC acquired the multi-building property in August and awarded Colliers International the leasing of the office park in September. Within 3 months, Colliers International finalized the lease for a long-term, high-profile tenant, CPI Security, to the property, increasing the occupancy of Pelham at Hyland.
