Colliers International represents Orangetheory Fitness in new lease in Clemson

Clemson will be Orangetheory’s fifth studio in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market.

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Scott Burgess and Lance Byars assisted Orangetheory Fitness in its search for a new studio in Clemson, South Carolina. The studio will be located in Gateway Village, a Publix-anchored shopping center. Scott Burgess and Lance Byars, members of the Colliers International Retail Services Group, have worked with Orangetheory Fitness on each of its five leases in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market, also known as the Upstate.

“It has been a pleasure working with Orangetheory Fitness during their rollout of five studios across the Upstate, and as a Clemson Alumnus, this one was a little extra special,” said Burgess, Brokerage Associate. “The concept has thrived in similar college towns, like Athens and Auburn, and we think the Clemson students are going to love it.”

Orangetheory has opened four other locations in the Upstate region of South Carolina, with two in Greenville, one in Spartanburg and one in Greer. The opening of the Clemson location is scheduled for Spring 2019.

Burgess and Byars are both members of the Colliers retail brokerage team, specializing in the representation of owners, buyers and tenants in purchasing and leasing retail space.
