Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Richard Jackson and Givens Stewart, SIOR represented the buyer and the seller in the purchase of the flex/industrial portfolio at 100 and 101 Fortis Drive in Greenville, SC. Jackson represented the buyer, RealOp Investments, allowing them to grow their flex and industrial portfolio, while Stewart represented the seller, Dianthus, LLC & Betula, LLC.

RealOp purchased the buildings for $2.8 million with plans to reinvest in the assets, including landscape, parking and façade improvements. Currently approximately 68,500 square feet, the portfolio offers expansion capabilities at both buildings for potential new development in the future.

“Greenville-Spartanburg is becoming one of the strongest markets for workforce and investment,” said Reggie Bell, CEO of RealOp Investment. “These assets are well-positioned and have great potential for long-term returns after modest improvement. The Colliers team worked tirelessly to help make this acquisition possible. It’s an exciting time for us as we continue to grow our portfolio in the Upstate and throughout the Southeast.”

Jackson and Stewart specialize in both investment and industrial brokerage for Colliers International.
