Independence Corporate Park welcomes latest tenant to Class A suburban office campus.

Greenville, SC – Brantley Anderson represented the landlord, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, and Taylor Allen represented new tenant, TBC Corporation, in the long-term lease between the two parties.

TBC Corporation is a leading marketer of automotive replacement tires, with offices in Florida and South Carolina. They are moving their South Carolina office from Duncan, in Spartanburg County, to Independence Corporate Park, located at the I-85 and I-385 interchange in Greenville.
