Colliers International represents landlord and tenant in lease of ±20,000 SF of office space at Liberty Square in downtown Greenville, SC

Two floors of the Two Liberty Square building have recently leased to one of the Greenville’s largest office tenants.

Greenville-Spartanburg – Multiple Colliers International offices recently collaborated to successfully lease ±20,000 SF of office space in downtown Greenville at Two Liberty Square. Ralph Settle of Colliers in Spartanburg, SC and Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers in Houston, TX represented the undisclosed tenant and Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen of Colliers in Greenville, SC represented the landlord in this transaction.

The leased space spans two suites on two floors of the Two Liberty Square building at 75 Beattie Place. Two Liberty Square is one of two office towers at this location and consists of 187,917 total square feet of space. Approximately 90% of the tower is currently leased. 

This transaction is one of the largest office space leases to be made in the Upstate within the past twelve months.  

The tenant, who remains confidential, is now one of the largest occupants of downtown Greenville with this recent expansion at Two Liberty Square. The company plans to expand and occupy the space upon completion of suite renovations. 

The landlord, LCP Liberty Square, LLC, is a vertically integrated management firm affiliated with Common Wealth Commercial investment company. They oversee asset and property management for both Liberty Towers in Greenville. Based out of Richmond, VA, the full-service real estate firm has managed ± 20 million SF of commercial real estate valued at ± $2 billion nationwide.
