Colliers International represents seller in timely sale of office space to Tindall Corporation in Duncan

Class A office space went under contract in less than 30 days.

Spartanburg, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina’s Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Ralph Settle represented the seller, Naval Yards, LLC and Spencer Hines Properties represented the buyer, Tindall Corporation, in the sale of 10,000 square feet of office space located at 1320 Howell Road in Duncan, SC.

Colliers International brokers in its Spartanburg office were able to position the property at 1320 Howell Road for quick occupancy and expedite tenancy for the Tindall Corporation after a fire destroyed 20 of its offices on Hayne Street. In need of office space for employees to immediately occupy, the Colliers team responded to the urgency by offering 10,000 square feet of space on Howell Road on behalf of their client, Naval Yards, LLC.

1320 Howell Road is the second property that Colliers International has sold on behalf of Naval Yards, LLC. The first consisted of 29.56 acres on Howell Road off Highway 290 in Duncan, which was purchased by SunCap Property Group with plans to develop the site for industrial use.
