Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson assisted R&J Investments, Inc. in the sale of Mauldin Centre for $1,625,000.

Richard Barrett had this leasing assignment for multiple years. When Barrett and Hudson were given the assignment to find a buyer for the property, Mauldin Centre was less than fully occupied. After they brought this building to 100% leased, they were tasked with and successful in the sale of the property.
