New Colliers office in Spartanburg adds another local market expert with wide range of expertise and experience.
Spartanburg, SC – Colliers International’s new office in Spartanburg has already added another market expert to the team. D. Ralph Settle, II, who has extensive experience in development and brokerage across the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market and the state of South Carolina, has joined the enterprise as a Brokerage Associate in Spartanburg. Working with John Montgomery, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall and the rest of the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson brokerage professionals, he will provide landlord and tenant representation services for a variety of product types, from medical and office to retail and flex/light industrial.

Settle, a graduate of Wofford College and Clemson University’s Master of Real Estate Development program, began his career in the hotel/hospitality industry. From there, he rose to the role of director of development for a major property owner in the Spartanburg area. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the development, leasing and management of assets including medical office and retail, flex space, light industrial, raw residential land, apartment/condominiums and more.
In the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market, some of Settle’s notable projects include managing the corporate rollout of urgent care facilities, redevelopment of downtown Greenville buildings totaling 65,000 square feet and assisting in the sale of several key buildings in downtown Spartanburg.
Settle is highly involved in the growth and development of the Spartanburg community, serving on the boards for the USC Upstate Capital Development Foundation, Habitat for Humanity of Spartanburg and the Spartanburg Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. He also currently serves as the Vice Chair of Leadership for the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Executive Board.
