Colliers International | Houston is pleased to announce that it has been ranked 3rd among Best Places to Work (medium-sized companies) by the Houston Business Journal and has earned another spot as Top Workplace for the 7th consecutive year by the Houston Chronicle.

For the seventh consecutive year, Colliers International Houston has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Houston Chronicle. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

Employees overwhelmingly stated in the surveys that Colliers Houston has a fun and unique culture. From office putt-putt tournaments to city-wide scavenger hunts, Colliers Houston puts on an annual group exercise. This year the company opted for a Texas Hold'em poker tournament. Employees were invited to participate in a no-limit game where strategy and luck competed until there was one left standing.

Another perk is a “Make the Plane” trip for the office’s top producers of the year. The company pays for an all-inclusive voyage to The Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida. A record 31+ brokers have already “made the plane” for 2018. Colliers employees also get the perk of working in a local office for a global brand. They get the best of both worlds by having a family at home and an extended family with a vast of amount of resources at their fingertips.

“We are honored to be included on the lists for the Houston Chronicle and the Houston Business Journal,” said Pat Duffy, president of Colliers International Houston. “The value of a company is most impacted by the value the company places in its people. We know how important everyone who works with us is and we are very pleased that our employees see Colliers as a great place to work."

Colliers International Houston is also pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of Houston Business Journal's Best Places to Work for the fourth year in a row. The list is compiled by Quantum Workplace which sent a survey to employees of nominated companies and then ranked them by score. The scoring is based on employees' evaluation on their company's goals and leadership, communication and support, advancement opportunity and skill development, recognition and compensation, tolerance and flexibility, and embracing innovation and ideas.

Colliers International Houston focuses on accelerating their clients' success by seamlessly providing a full range of services to investors, property owners, tenants and developers. With offices in the Galleria, Fort Bend and The Woodlands, the Colliers Houston team has specialized in the sale and lease of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties for over 50 years.
