Colliers International awarded leasing assignment for 2425 West Loop South in the Galleria/Uptown submarket of Houston

Naissance Capital has awarded the leasing assignment for the premier office building 2425 W Loop S in Houston, Texas, also known as TwentyFour25, to Colliers International. Heading up the assignment for the Colliers' Houston Agency Leasing Group are Bill Insull, senior vice president and Blake Virgilio, vice president. The Colliers team will market the 281,590 square foot, Class A building located adjacent to the River Oaks District and Hotel Derek in the Galleria.

TwentyFour25 was designed by the world-renowned architect, I.M. Pei, who is known for many global treasures including Paris’ most cherished icon the entrance to the Louvre and the Kennedy Center in DC. The Master of Modern Architecture passed away last year and Houston benefits from his legacy; an angular structure of marble and glass, organized around a spectacular central eleven story atrium bathing each floor with five sides of unobstructed natural light. This lobby is a perfect space for events and activation.


Situated along the West Loop South in the Galleria/Uptown submarket, TwentyFour25 offers tenants a highly visible location, ease of access and rich nearby amenities including the retail, hotel and food destinations of the River Oaks District, Highland Village and the Galleria area. This offer will be further enhanced in 2021, when tenants will have direct walkable access to the shops and restaurants at the River Oaks District.


TwentyFour25 offers contiguous, high spec, office space managed by Hines Property Management. Building amenities include a high-end fitness center with locker rooms, cafe and some very exciting new mixed-use spaces which will be announced later this year.
