Colliers International announces the lease of a 14,500 square foot school facility in Houston

Colliers International is pleased to announce the lease of 14,500 square feet at 6403 Addicks Clodine Road in Houston, Texas. The tenant, Houston Classical, Inc., was represented by Lesa Nickelson French of Savills. Kimberly Lenardson and Hannah Tosch of Colliers International represented the owner, New Life Baptist Church of Houston, in the transaction.

 

The turn-key school facility sits on approximately 2 acres and is situated along Westpark Tollway just west of Highway 6. With great accessibility to Westpark Tollway, the location allows for easy student pick up and drop off. Houston Classical Charter School plans to open their doors August 2020 to students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
