Colliers International announces two new leases at West by Northwest Business Park totaling 15,178 square feet

Colliers International is pleased to announce two new leases at West by Northwest Business Park in Houston, Texas. The completion of these two leases bring the occupancy of the business park to 100%.

At 6210 Rothway Street, Network Outfitters leased 11,673 square feet and was represented by Jay Kyle and Taylor Wright of Colliers International. 

At 9000 Jameel Road, 3,505 square feet was leased to Arrow Exterminators who represented themselves in the transaction.

Walter Menuet and Judd Harrison of Colliers International represented the landlord, Citadel Venture Holdings, in both transactions.

The Northwest Inner Loop submarket, strategically located near Hwy 290 and W Sam Houston Pky, encompasses 60 million square feet of industrial and flex space.  The submarket, which is 93.2% occupied, is the largest of the six submarkets in Houston’s Northwest industrial corridor.  The average asking rental rate of $7.70 per square foot is slightly higher than the Houston average asking rate of $7.51 per square foot.
