Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services division (REMS) has recently been awarded a series of exclusive property management assignments. As these new properties come on board, it pulls Colliers managed portfolio in the greater Indianapolis area to over 42 million square feet.
101 W. 103rd Street — Colliers has commenced management of a 550,000-square foot suburban office building at
101 West 103rd Street in Carmel, formerly known in the marketplace as the Technicolor Building. Operating at the building’s on-site management office will be Senior Property Manager Will Young, Assistant Property Manager Nikki Hickman, Lead Engineer Paul Kite, and Maintenance Engineer Robert Borden.
Lincoln Business Park — Colliers assumed management of Lincoln Business Park, an 8-building industrial portfolio located on the city’s southeast side. The Park totals 262,700 square feet and will be managed by Senior Property Manager Will Young. Colliers brokers Tony Hupp and Ryan Kelly provide leasing representation.
Shadeland Station Business Park — Colliers assumed management of Shadeland Station Business Park, a 10-building office portfolio located on the city’s east side along Shadeland Avenue and I-465 East. Colliers will operate an on-site management office in the business park to service the 337,000 square feet portfolio. The portfolio will be managed by Senior Property Manager Sharon Fields, Maintenance Engineer James Lawson, and Tenant Services Coordinator Michelle Jarzembski-Strauch.
Kitley Industrial Park — Colliers now manages Kitley Industrial Park, a 3-building portfolio totalling 366,053 square feet, located near Irvington within the east side of the I-465 loop. The management team is lead by Senior Property Manager Patti Whipple, CCIM, RPA.
