Colliers International has closed the sale of College Park Plaza in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 180,637-square foot Class A office building is located in the city’s Northwest office submarket and is home to Republic Airlines.

Alex Cantu, head of investment sales with Colliers International | Indianapolis, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the buyer, Tempus Realty Partners, based in Little Rock, Arkansas. This marks Tempus Realty Partner’s second acquisition in Indianapolis.

Colliers previously coordinated the sale of One College Park to Tempus Realty Partners from Zeller Realty Group in 2017. One College Park is a 136,472-square foot class A building located adjacent to College Park Plaza. The combined 317,109-square foot portfolio now makes Tempus one of the largest Class A office owners in the Northwest Indianapolis submarket. The seller, Onward Investors, purchased College Park Plaza in 2015, a transaction Colliers International Capital Markets Group sold on behalf of Griffin Capital.

“We are ecstatic about our second acquisition in the Northwest Indianapolis corridor. Given the leasing momentum of One College Park, we believe College Park Plaza provides synergies and space options to the current and prospective tenants in the portfolio. We are very confident in our business plan and are excited to provide our tenants a high-quality office experience in the Indianapolis market.” said Isaac Smith, Principal of Tempus Realty Partners.

Tempus Realty Partners owns over 2,000,000 sf throughout the United States. Outside of Indianapolis, Tempus has holdings in Columbus, Charlotte and Little Rock.
