Colliers International has closed the sale of Corporate Center North Buildings 4 and 6, comprised of the two buildings at 6026 – 6036 Lakeside Blvd and 5915 – 5935 Lakeside Blvd. Totaling 101,727 square feet, the buildings are located on the Indianapolis northside side in close proximity to Park 100 with direct access to I-65.

Alex Cantu, head of investment sales with Colliers International | Indianapolis, marketed the property on behalf of Building 4 LLC and Building 6 LLC. Tower Investments, an investment manager based out of Woodland California, purchased the asset.

The office portfolio is 100% leased to four high-quality tenants, including Stericycle (NASDAQ: SRCL).

This is Tower Investment’s sixth acquisition in Central Indiana.
