Colliers International has closed the sale of Franklin Road Distribution Center, an industrial facility located at 221 S Franklin Road in Indianapolis, IN. The three-building portfolio totals 823,088 square feet and is located on 38+ acres in the heart of the Indianapolis East submarket.

Alex Cantu, head of investment sales with Colliers International of Indianapolis, with Steve Disse and Jeff Divine of Colliers International of Chicago, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Real Capital Solutions. CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc, an investment manager based out of Newport Beach, CA purchased the asset. CORE Realty procured through John Kuiper with Colliers International of Grand Rapids.

Franklin Road Distribution Center has recently undergone numerous capital improvements and is well-located less than a mile from I-465. The portfolio is 100% leased to a diverse mix of 12 tenants including Pioneer, Dimplex North America, Hoosier Freight & Warehousing, Balsam Brands, Horner Industrial Services, Continuum Games and Sherwin-Williams.
