Colliers International has closed the sale of Kitley Industrial Park, comprised of the three buildings located at 250-258 Kitley Ave. The park totals 366,053 sf and is located in the east industrial market of Indianapolis.

Alex Cantu, head of investment sales with Colliers International | Indianapolis, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Biynah Industrial Partners. Red Tail Investments, an investment manager based out of Irvine, California purchased the asset.

The rail-served park is located near Irvington within the I-465 loop, providing it with easy access to both highways and downtown. Kitley Industrial Park is home to Kroger, Mansfield King, and NGL Warehouse.

This is Red Tail’s second acquisition in Indianapolis. The investment manager owns a total of over 550,000 SF of industrial space in the area.
