Colliers International has closed the sale of One College Park, located at 8910 Purdue Road, totaling 136,472 square feet. The Class A building is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis, in close proximity to 86th Street and I-465.
Alex Cantu, Senior Vice President of investment sales with Colliers International | Indianapolis, coordinated the transaction between the seller, Zeller Realty Group and the buyer, Tempus Managing Group, an investment manager based out of Arkansas.
One College Park is located off of 86th and Michigan Road, one of the city’s most thriving retail and office corridors, offering endless amenities and connectivity. One College Park provides an ideal environment for office users and is one of the top northwest suburban assets.
