Located in the southwest submarket of Indianapolis ― the most active industrial submarket in the city ― the property offers immediate access to I-70 and the interstate system as well as Indianapolis International Airport. The highly visible site also includes ±3 acres of excess land for future development.
The fully occupied, master leased facility is home to Progressive Logistics, Dugdale Foods, Gilmore Supply and GS Transportation.
Alex Davenport, Alex Cantu, and Mike Lubbers SIOR with Colliers International | Indianapolis, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, SAW Capital. The portfolio was purchased by The O’Donnell Group, Inc., a real estate developer based in Southern California.
This is The O’Donnell Group Inc’s second acquisition in the Indianapolis market. In August of 2018, the firm purchased a two-building, 166,119-square foot industrial portfolio located at 1908 & 1950 Stout Field W Drive. The O’Donnell Group, Inc. has developed or acquired over 23,000,000 square feet of industrial and office business parks in California, Washington, and Alaska.
