For more than 30 years, Ray has worked in the commercial finance industry, honing a broad skill set which includes loan origination, financial analysis, loan structuring, and problem resolution for commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
He focuses on adding value through analysis and problem solving to find the most suitable combination of debt and equity. To achieve the best results, Ray utilizes a variety of financial institutions and private and quasi-government programs to meet the needs of his investor and commercial property owner clients.
Ray was awarded a diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, which is recognized as the premier banking school in the country. The curriculum develops the skills for effectively recognizing and handling high-level management issues, through the industry's most thorough and rigorous curriculum, while preserving the integrity of how the business of banking is conducted.
He has also completed the Mass Bankers Commercial Lending program at Babson College, the RMA Uniform Credit Analysis program, the New England Institute of Banking Commercial Real Estate Lending Course, and was awarded a certificate in U.S. Small Business Administration Lender Training programs.
