Manchester, NH – Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, represented BerryDunn in its search for office space to accommodate its growing business. Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the Tenant and Charles Panasis, of Brady Sullivan Properties, represented the Landlord.
BerryDunn, a large New England-based CPA firm with a national practice, occupied the entire 15th floor in the Brady Sullivan Plaza at 1000 Elm Street in downtown Manchester, but needed more space. Mike Jurnak, CPA, and Principal-in-Charge at BerryDunn’s Manchester office, said, “Given the growth in our practice and our plans as a firm for continued growth, we knew we needed more space that was flexible enough to support a variety of office and staff configurations.” The company will be moving to the entire 4th floor and half of the 5th floor with occupancy expected by Q1 2018.
