Colliers provided project management services for the Athletic Field Renovation project at the Miss Porter’s School. The athletic field renovation project included converting three fields from natural grass to synthetic turf including some reconfigurations of the land to accommodate the new layout. The project also included the creation of more prominent entries to each field as well as construction of a few support buildings including storage and restroom facilities.
Colliers provided project management services and was directly responsible for developing a project scope, timeline and budget, facilitating the hiring of the design team, performing design reviews at the completion of schematic design and construction documentation phases, reviewing the construction schedule and monitoring compliance, maintaining a project financial status report and reviewing with Miss Porter’s School, as necessary, and meeting with Miss Porter’s School Administrators, as required, to provide any status updates of the project.
In addition, Colliers has been engaged to provide project management services for the New $23 Million, 24,000 square foot Community Life Building which will serve as the new entrance to the 40-acre campus.
