Taylor Irwin brings a background in business development & fundraising.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 7th, 2018) – Colliers International | Nashville is pleased to introduce associate Taylor Irwin, the second Tennessee-based member of Colliers' Multifamily Advisory Group. Taylor will partner with associate John Ashley to serve existing clients and expand the Colliers footprint across the Southeastern US. John commented: "Taylor brings a new perspective to the team that will enhance investor relations. With the addition of his business development skills, I'm confident that we'll see greater transaction flow as the team continues to build."

Taylor most recently led community development and was a key fundraiser for New Hope Academy, a private school in Franklin that reserves 50% of its seats for low-income scholarship students. Prior to joining New Hope, Taylor worked for 7 years as a financial planner and advisor at TBH Global Asset Management. He worked with many of the firm's high-net-worth and real estate-adjacent clients.

A Middle Tennessee native and a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, Taylor has served on the board of Williamson County Casa since 2014 and acted for 3 years as treasurer of The Heritage Foundation | Next Gen. He remains engaged with New Hope Academy, where he now leads the student mentoring program in a volunteer capacity.
