The addition of Mike Driscoll, Drew Wagner, and Monika Hartman brings Colliers Nashville to 42 brokers and 10 property managers. We are pleased to introduce our newest team members.
A native of Boston suburb Milton, Massachusetts, Mike Driscoll relocated to Nashville in March to work on office leasing and sales alongside brokers Chris Grear and Charlotte Ford. Grear, who is a partner at Colliers Nashville and leads the firm's team of office brokers, commented: "Mike has a strong work ethic and shows eagerness and determination. We are very pleased to have him join our team."
Driscoll is a 2015 graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He studied business management with concentrations in real estate and business analytics. The summer before his senior year, Driscoll interned with Boston-based real estate firm Cabot & Company. Driscoll played college hockey and was recognized in 2014 as an All-American. For two years post-graduation, he traveled across North America playing minor professional hockey.
Driscoll cited his family's longtime involvement in the New England real estate market with sparking his interest in the industry. "Nashville is an exciting city and this is an incredible opportunity to learn and grow in such a hot market," said Driscoll.
Louisville, Kentucky, native Drew Wagner moved to Nashville in December 2017. At Colliers, he will work with retail brokers David Atchison and Tony Vaughn. Alongside Atchison, Wagner will focus on retail brokerage in the city's urban core. Tony Vaughn, a partner at Colliers Nashville and leader of the firm's retail services group, noted: "Drew is an incredibly bright and focused recruit. We are excited to have his energy and input on the retail team."
A 2016 graduate of the University of Louisville, Wagner majored in marketing and minored in finance. In addition to obtaining a marketing internship with Louisville-based Norton Healthcare, he served as student manager for the men's basketball team. Wagner traveled extensively with the team in this role and was responsible for supporting the coaching staff. He spent one year post-graduation in orthopedic sales.
Wagner is excited to launch his commercial real estate career. He commented: "I'm enjoying getting my feet on the ground and learning the layout of this city, which offers so much."
Monika Hartman joins the Colliers Nashville property management team with 7 years of experience. An Indiana native and a 2006 graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Hartman is a Certified Property Manager. She practiced property management for six years in Alaska before relocating to Nashville in 2017 to specialize in medical office buildings. At Colliers, Hartman will focus on managing industrial, retail, and office properties.
Hartman is an active member of industry organizations BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Jo Anne Corbitt, Vice President of Property Management | Colliers Nashville, commented: "Monika's experience is such an asset to our property management skills and services. We are truly delighted to have her on our team."
Hartman noted: "I've only been in Nashville for a little over a year, but it doesn't take long to know that Colliers is one of the most successful brokerage and management companies in town. I'm excited to be a part of such a reputable organization."
