March 15th, 2019 - Couchville Pike Business Park, a 709,126-square foot Mt. Juliet distribution facility located at 245 Couchville Industrial Boulevard, sold on February 28th, 2019, for $23,640,000.

 

Purchased by New York-headquartered Fortress Investment Group and Missouri-based Sansone Group, the Wilson County property is located 25 miles from Nashville International Airport. Mt. Juliet has emerged as one of the most important submarkets in Middle Tennessee's industrial sector. Major companies with facilities in Mt. Juliet include Bridgestone, Under Armour, Amazon, Starbucks, and General Electric. 

 

Minnesota-headquartered Superior 3rd Party Logistics (S3PL) occupies 242,000 square feet at Couchville Pike Business Park, which was constructed in 2010 and updated in March 2018. Offering more than 17 years of experience in the logistics industry, S3PL is a full-service warehousing and distribution company which specializes in providing innovative, high-tech customer solutions. 

 

Max Smith and Terry E. Smith of Colliers International | Nashville, represented seller Wells Fargo in the transaction. Nikko Sansone and Will Smith, also of Colliers' Nashville office, represented the purchasing parties.
