January 30, 2018 - The site of a vacant 4,404 square foot building at 1715 West End Avenue sold this month for $5,000,000.
Formerly a retail branch of SunTrust Bank, the building sits on a 0.52-acre site adjacent to the Aloft Nashville West End.
Nashville-based purchasing party West End General Partnership was represented in this transaction by Radley Hendrixson and Sohaila Willis of Colliers International's Nashville office.
Plans for the site have not yet been disclosed, but the West End address offers easy interstate access and proximity to Vanderbilt University and the many dining and entertainment venues of Midtown Nashville.
