Local Investment Group Buys Clarksville Commerce Center

August 22nd, 2018 - The 81,000-square foot Clarksville Commerce Center sold this month to prominent Nashville-based buyer Westchase Partners, LLC. 


Composed of two buildings at 1850 A and B Business Park Drive, the Clarksville Commerce Center is 100% occupied. Tenants represent a variety of sectors. 


Clarksville is home to major employers Hankook Tires, Trane, Wal-Mart, and LG Electronics. Google has broken ground on a Clarksville facility that will house one of the globe's most cutting-edge data centers.


Will Smith and Terry E. Smith of Colliers International's Nashville office represented seller Peck-Clarksville Properties, LLC, in this transaction. Will commented: "This was a unique opportunity for a local owner-operator to step in, add value to a fully-leased property, and restructure the property's leases."
