May 2, 2018 - PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group are the newest additions to Nashville's SoBro neighborhood. Both companies just signed leases at the 118,900-square foot 615 Third building. PNC and Patterson will occupy 6,531 square feet and 1,587 square feet, respectively, on the sixth-floor of the 8-story building at the intersection of Lea Avenue and Third Avenue South.
Pittsburg-based PNC made headlines in March as the 173-year-old financial institution announced plans for local expansion. With nearly 2,500 branches, PNC is one of the nation's top-ranked banks based on number of branches, asset size, and customer service scores.
Atlanta-based Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group offers financial advisory services on topics ranging from loan restructuring to partnership structuring, in addition to specializing in capital formation. The firm has completed more than $12 billion in equity raises, debt placements, investment sales, and related transactions. Terry Hughes is leading Patterson's local office expansion effort.

17,210 square feet of office space and 12,500 square feet of retail space are available for lease at the newly-constructed, LEED-certified 615 Third building. Tenants include Barge Design Solutions and Colliers International. The building was developed by The Mathews Company.
