January 15, 2018 - Franklin-headquartered purchasing cooperative OMNIA Partners is set to relocate its area office to Seven Corporate Centre in Cool Springs.
OMNIA Partners has leased 22,939 square feet at the 6-story, Class A building owned by Stockbridge Capital. Located at 840 Crescent Centre Drive, OMNIA's new office will accommodate the shared services organization's rapid growth. OMNIA previously occupied 12,934 square feet at the nearby Meridian mixed-used complex.
Other notable tenants at Seven Corporate Centre include New York Life, Ascend Management Innovations, and Assured Partners NL. Seven Corporate Centre offers proximity to I-65 and the retail hub surrounding Cool Springs Galleria.
OMNIA Partners is a shared services organization composed of three subsidiaries: National IPA, Prime Advantage, and Corporate United. National IPA is the largest cooperative purchasing organization for government and education. Prime Advantage is the leading buying group in mid-market manufacturing and Corporate United is the nation's largest indirect group purchasing organization focused on large corporate procurement.
