March 21, 2018 (PHILADELPHIA, PA) – Colliers International in Philadelphia announced major renovations have begun to reposition a 40,000-square foot office building in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The renovations will create a state-of-the-art medical office building at the property, located at 170 N. Henderson Road. The estimated $3 million renovation project will include expanded parking and a full interior modernization.

“The supply of new Class A medical office space in this market is very limited and the renovations will create a much-needed option, particularly for urgent care centers and surgery centers seeking a new location” said Ina Sargen, Senior Vice President at Colliers International. “This project creates an incredible opportunity, located at a well-identified, high traffic intersection in the heart of King of Prussia.”

The building owner is The Leser Group and the project was designed by RHJ Associates and will include the following interior and exterior upgrades (estimated completion is first quarter, 2019):
• Modernized façade and building systems;
• Covered patient drop-off;
• Expanded parking;
• Contemporary lobby, corridors, and restrooms;
• Building signage opportunity
