Colliers Concludes Sale of Three Industrial Buildings in South Jersey

April 2, 2018 [Philadelphia, PA] – Within the last month, Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International in Southern New Jersey, completed the sale of three industrial buildings in Pennsauken, NJ. They were the sole brokers in these transactions. Representing the seller, The Bloom Organization, and individual buyers as listed below.

  1. 9240 Commerce Highway, Pennsauken, NJ: SOLD: $3,250,000
    67,600 SF multi-tenant warehouse – Purchaser: Private Investor.  The fully leased building is occupied by three tenants.  The building featured 17’-20’ ceilings, 12 loading docks and 3 drive-in doors.
  2. 6995 Airport Highway Lane, Pennsauken, NJ:  SOLD: $2,736,000
    60,800 SF manufacturing facility – Purchaser: Heat Makers Sense is located in Brooklyn, NJ distributes hair care products.  The building featured 5,000 sf office space, a 1,600-amp electric service, 4 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors.
  3. 9265 Commerce Highway, Pennsauken, NJ: SOLD: $1,688,888
    33,500 SF single tenant warehouse – Purchaser: Draco Broadcast. Draco Broadcast, based in Silicon Valley, CA, is expanding and wanted an East Coast Operation. They provide professional-grade equipment for the video and broadcast industry. The building features 5 loading docks, 3 drive-in doors and 18’-20’ ceilings.
