Colliers’ Scott Facilitates Lease of 61 Runway Road

17,000 SF Warehouse of Bucks County Industrial Market

September 4, 2020 [Levittown, PA] Colliers is pleased to announce the recent lease of 61 Runway Road, a 17,000-square-foot warehouse of the Bucks County industrial market. Jim Scott represented the Landlord in the lease of 61 Runway Road to HIAB Crane. HIAB, who specializes in hydraulic load handling equipment, will utilize the facility as a branch location for servicing a range of mobile, truck-mounted equipment including, but not limited to, articulating crane booms and 3 wheeled forklifts that are transported with flatbed delivery trucks. HIAB is a subsidiary of CARGOTEC, a global company with 11,000 employees and more than 3 billion (euro) in annual sales.

The modern 17,000 SF facility was constructed in 2012 and features 17’-19’ ceiling heights and both tailgate and drive-in loading doors. A robust sprinkler system was also installed in 2020 in conjunction with the HIAB’s needs. 

The property is strategically located less than a mile from the PA Turnpike in Bristol, which offers immediate access to NJ, westbound via the PA Turnpike and Southbound via I-95.

This marks the third deal Jim Scott has completed in this industrial park since the onset of COVID in February, having recently sold 1901 Hartel Street (40,000 SF) and leased 2011 Hartel St (17,000 SF).
