Velocity Ventures Continues Acquisitions at Fast Clip in 2020

January 31, 2020 [Pennsauken, NJ] Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office have represented The Bloom Organization in the sale of 2301 Haddonfield Road in Pennsauken, a 37,856 sf net-leased warehouse facility to an affiliate of Velocity Ventures.

The building is tenanted by Maple Direct Printing, which is a full-service direct mail printing and distribution company.  A long-term lease was in place at the time of closing. 

With this transaction, Colliers continues its successful track record of sales in Pennsauken. Notably, it is also the eighth building Velocity Ventures has purchased through Colliers in the Pennsauken market over the last 12 months.
