Colliers International adds dynamic team of Scott and St. John to Phoenix office

Phoenix, August 20, 2018 – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix expanded its expertise with the addition of Keri Scott and Golden St. John. This dynamic team has a broad range of experience that uniquely positions them to handle clients’ real estate needs within industrial, office and retail service lines.

The team currently specializes in the leasing of small to mid-sized industrial and flex properties, as well as local and national tenant representation. Along with the expertise Scott, St. John and Moroney bring to industrial, flex office and retail brokerage, they also have experience in build-to-suit developments, building purchases, and sales; and they work hand in hand with their property managers. During 2017, the team completed approximately 136 transactions among their local, regional and national clients. 

Keri Scott specializes in tenant representation, as well as leasing and sales of industrial and flex office properties. Her background includes extensive property management experience, accounting, site selection and valuation, having started her commercial real estate career in 2008 in the property management field. Since transitioning to brokerage in 2012, Scott has built a sustainable book of business with both landlords and tenants. Scott’s natural desire to build personal relationships and willingness to always go the extra mile has gained her the dedication of numerous clients. 

Golden St. John has nearly 15 years of commercial leasing, sales and tenant representation experience, encompassing lifestyle and entertainment-driven retail, industrial and flex office service lines. St. John’s proficiency with communication, responsiveness, and his detail-oriented nature are just a few of the reasons he is able to maintain a loyal client base.

Outlining the pros and cons of each situation, I emphasize the long-term impact on a client’s business, rather than focusing on a single transaction.

Tenant clients benefit from my first-hand experience working with landlords and developers. My understanding of their mindset, coupled with creativity, attention to detail and proactive problem-solving, enables me to successfully represent each tenant’s best interests in lease negotiations.

My career as a commercial real estate agent began in March 2004, later obtaining an associate broker’s license in 2013. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for four years, focusing on landlord and tenant representation for industrial, retail and office properties. Previously, I served as associate broker and senior leasing director for The Corritore Company for 10 years, specializing in high-end retail project development.
