Marybeth Webb joins Colliers International's Corporate Solutions

Beterance to enhance real estate strategic solutions team

Phoenix, February 28, 2019 Marybeth Webb has joined Corporate Solutions at Colliers International in Arizona’s Phoenix office. Webb comes to Colliers from IBM Corporation, where she held executive leadership roles in business development, analytics and software. She will serve as vice president of Strategy and Innovation, teaming with Bill Owens, executive vice president.

Webb will be responsible for the strategic development and business outcomes of Colliers International’s corporate services work. This includes the delivery of customized real estate solutions that are innovative and championed by all parties. The goal of the group is to optimize real estate asset positions while increasing workforce satisfaction and productivity.

Leveraging her 15 years in the technology industry, Webb will collaborate with clients to build real estate asset and portfolio strategies that include risk and cost reduction, including a long-term view that focuses on cultural change management.

While at IBM Corporation, Webb was responsible for the integration of 20+ software company acquisitions totaling $16 billion. She was recognized for revenue growth, cost reduction, retention of key employees and market share expansion of the brand. While with the company, Webb relocated to Shanghai and Singapore to lead a team that served key financial, manufacturing and oil/gas clients with digital transformation projects.

As vice president of business analytics for Asia Pacific at IBM, I led teams in Shanghai and Singapore, serving key financial, manufacturing, and oil and gas clients.
