Colliers Facilitates Land Sale for Continuing Care Retirement Community

Portsmouth, NH – Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, recently sold 13.31 acres of land located at 56-58 Dover Road and Route 108 and Stone Quarry Drive in Durham, New Hampshire. David Choate and Laura Farago of Colliers’ Portsmouth office represented the Buyer, The RiverWoods Group of Exeter, and Dave Garvey of Keller Williams Commercial represented the Seller, Rockingham Properties 1 Limited Partnership, in this sale.


RiverWoods has received approval for a Continuing Care Retirement Community consisting of 150 independent living units, 72 assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing beds and expects to break ground this summer with a completion date in 2020.

According to the Strafford County Registry of Deeds the purchase price was $1,450,000.
