During the design phase, Colliers developed the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), reviewed the design to verify it met the Hospital’s objectives, and provided detailed commissioning specifications. During construction, Colliers will develop detailed installation checklists and functional performance tests, will verify the installation of the commissioned systems and equipment, and will coordinate and witness the execution of the functional testing. Colliers will also be responsible for verifying that hospital facilities personnel are properly trained, will perform a 10-month review to help verify there are no outstanding construction issues before the warranty expires, and will develop a systems manual.
