Colliers International’s Matt McGregor Named SIOR 2019 Industrial Broker of the Year for Washington State


15-Year CRE Veteran an Industry Innovator and Community Champion

In a testament to his excellence in serving the industrial community’s real estate needs across western Washington, Colliers International’s Matt McGregor won the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) 2019 Industrial Broker of the Year award for Washington State at this year’s NAIOP Night of the Stars event in Seattle.

Over the past year, McGregor closed a number of the largest industrial transactions in the Puget Sound region. Among his most notable were Best Buy Warehousing Logistics’ build-to-suit distribution and fulfillment center in Fredrickson, WA and multiple, simultaneous transactions for Port Logistics Group in Sumner. These accomplishments helped make McGregor one of the highest-producing brokers at Colliers both in western Washington and across the United States.

From 2014 to 2019, he has served as a board member for a conglomerate of charitable and non-profit ministries with a global focus. McGregor is also a former board member of Union Gospel Mission, which serves, rescues and transforms those in need through 13 recovery facilities in greater Seattle. He has led community groups and takes part in numerous activities for his church, Westside Church of Seattle, and gives to the world through WorldComp, a charity that moves people out of poverty and devastation in Kenya.
