Colliers International Real Estate Management Services Expands into Raleigh

Richmond, VA (September 1, 2020) – Colliers International Virginia, LLC, announced today the company’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) group, along with its brokerage services, is expanding into the North Carolina market, with an office located at Wade I, 5420 Wade Park Blvd., in Raleigh.

The REMS division is privy to the area as the company currently manages numerous properties throughout the state including in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Fayetteville, and the Triangle. The company has an established team staffed with dedicated property managers, assistant property managers and building engineers.

REMS|Virginia provides an all-inclusive management service structure involving tenant relations, operations and engineering support, property accounting, lease administration, tenant rep (facility management) and project management. The division manages various types of commercial real estate properties including industrial, retail, office, government services, and both state and federal properties.

Todd Willett is the Regional Managing Director of REMS|Virginia  and oversees and coordinates a team of real estate managers and support staff responsible for over 30 million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and retail assignments. Todd has 25 years of experience and joined the firm in 1998. Previously he was with a real estate development company for nine years where he was responsible for development, property management, accounting and administration for office buildings, medical centers and industrial properties. In addition, Todd spent three years managing residential properties in Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. In Northern Virginia, he was responsible for 3,000 residential properties which consisted of single family homes, apartments and condominiums. In the Hampton Roads area, Todd was responsible for 500 resort homes and condominiums. He recently served as the Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
