Colliers International Announces New Leasing Assignment in Short Pump/Far West End


Richmond, VA – March 18, 2020 Colliers International is pleased to announce it has been awarded leasing responsibilities for The Westgate I Building, located at 100 Westgate Parkway, Richmond, VA 23233.

The Westgate I Building is a 3-story Class A office building totaling 91,752 square feet located in Short Pump, VA. Westgate I offers numerous on-site amenities including a fitness center, full-service cafeteria, and a full-building generator. The building has open and efficient floor plates that provide flexibility for a variety of users. Currently, the entire building is available for lease.

Senior Vice President John Carpin and Assistant Vice President Megan Sullivan will be handling the leasing responsibilities for the building.

Megan Sullivan joined the firm 2015 and specializes in sales and leasing for office and medical office buildings representing both tenants and landlords. Having listed over 458,000 square feet in Richmond, she’s worked with both regional and institutional property owners to implement successful leasing and sales strategies for office properties. She immediately began working in commercial real estate following graduation from University of Georgia in the spring of 2015 with a Business Administration degree in Real Estate. She has completed course work in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Valuations.
