Rye County day School 

Colliers provided project management services during the design, pre-construction and construction of three (3) interior renovation projects occurring simultaneously. Interior renovations were completed, while ongoing building operations were maintained, at the upper/middle school library/media center, upper/middle school cafeteria and lower school cafeterias, and the upper school art room. In addition, Colliers provided project management services for the school’s phased landscape improvement projects for the entire campus.

Colliers worked with the Rye Country Day School’s administration and building and grounds committee and various academic departments to develop options for the execution of the work, the development of comprehensive budgets, development of detailed schedules, and development of a list of value engineering ideas. During construction, Colliers provided construction oversight, reviewed CM requisitions, evaluated change orders, and coordinated project closeout activities.
