Colliers International today announced that Fernando “Nando” Treviño has joined the firm’s Millrock office in Salt Lake City.

Treviño has been active in commercial real estate since 1993, and brings years of experience in brokerage transactions, from both buyer/tenant and seller/landlord representation. He has worked primarily in the hotel, restaurant and retail sector. Additionally, he has been the project manager for one of his clients, a multi-unit national fast food franchisee. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Nando worked nationally in hotel and restaurant management.

 

Nando moved to the Salt Lake City area this summer from Louisville, KY. He has earned a reputation for developing client relationships through an unwavering commitment to tenants, landlords, developers and investors, and is respected for his attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of their objectives. He is highly regarded for the assembling and presentation of site information, competition analyses, demographic profiles and market penetration studies that are necessary in today’s fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

 

Nando has worked with hotel developers who built Holiday Inn, Marriott, LaQuinta, Hyatt and Hilton products. He also worked with large national restaurants & retailers including Burger King (Corporate & multiple Franchisees), Popeye’s Chicken, Meijer Grocery, Cracker Barrel, Buffalo Wild Wings, Wendy’s, National Amusements, Staples, Raising Cane’s, Quiznos, Firestone, Deka Lash, SuperCuts, UPS Stores, Verizon, Subway, Leslie’s Pools, Blimpie’s Subs, Culver’s, I Love Kickboxing, as well as, premiere local/regional companies in KY & IN; Boombozz Pizza, Joella’s Hot Chicken, Thunderdome Restaurant Group & MainSource Bank.

 

He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), including positions with the KY, and now UT, state planning committees, and is licensed in both UT and KY.
