Lehi, Utah – Innovation Pointe, continues to set a new standard for development in the heart of Silicon Slopes. The innovative, 600,000 square foot, four building project has attracted the attention of several large headquarter requirements, and the global leader in Co-Working space.  The development team is confident this momentum will carry into building 2, scheduled for Tenant delivery in August 2019.

WeWork, the global leader in shared workspaces, leased 61,000 square feet on the fourth and fifth floors of Innovation Pointe One in Lehi.  WeWork founders, Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey, started the company in 2010. With locations in 23 United States cities and 21 countries across the globe, WeWork has more than 2,000 employees and 100,000 members worldwide. The Innovation Pointe facility will serve as WeWork’s first location within the Utah market. 

Additionally, moving in to 30,000 square feet at Innovation Pointe is iServe, a leading ecommerce brand partner, specializing in helping brands accelerate ecommerce growth, has been named one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. 5000

RainFocus joins WeWork and iServe with 45,000 square feet at Innovation Pointe One. RainFocus, Inc. develops big data management and marketing automation solutions for events. It offers event data management solutions, including data acquisition, master data set, and contact scoring solutions; event measurement solutions, such as indicators, dashboards, and reporter builders; personalization solutions that comprise recommendations, segmentation, and Web widgets; and engagement management solutions.

Innovation Pointe is a development led by main partners David Layton and Jeffrey Flamm along with their respective development teams. The property is a 40-acre, four-building master planned campus offering contemporary architecture with east side panoramic valley views, superior transportation access, smart building technology, an on-site property managed food truck court and fitness center.
