Automobile service center property trades between investors in Escondido

SAN DIEGO – September 2020 – Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of the Valley Parkway Auto Service Mall, a 34,111-square foot automobile service center property located in North San Diego County’s City of  Escondido for $3,600,000.

Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller, Buster Family Trust and the buyer, Cohen EVP, LLC.

“Highly visible and accessible from a major thoroughfare, this site boasts abundant parking and is easily walkable to nearby amenities,” said Barnett. “Already fully leased, this property is located in a prime area with one of the most diversified economies in the San Diego Region.”

Valley Parkway Auto Service Center is comprised of four multi-tenant industrial/retail buildings located on 2.33 acres at 2109-2127 East Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA.
