Walnut Creek, CA, 6/25/2020 – Industry veteran Ray Devlin has joined leading global real estate services and investment management company Colliers International's Walnut Creek office as senior vice president. Devlin's 25 years of experience and specialization in retail commercial real estate will expand the firm's existing strength and capabilities in landlord and tenant representation.

Over the course of his career, Devlin has been involved in hundreds of leases and sales totaling over two million square feet while developing a list of notable clients that includes Seritage, CW Capital Asset Management, Reynolds & Brown, Signature Properties, Passco Real Estate, Pacific Development Group, Armstrong Development and McNellis Partners. He has represented major tenants including Goodwill, Winco Foods, Chase Bank, Arco, Sherwin-Williams, Regal Cinemas and Lowes.
