Colliers provided project management services to assist Talbots in the tenant fit-out of their new 49,500 square foot offices and showroom. The Colliers team worked closely with Talbots and the design team to refine the requirements to ensure that they met the program, schedule and budget parameters.
Leveraging the Colliers front-loaded approach, our team was able to identify all of the key requirements and deliverables and continually share them with the project stakeholders.
The result, a dynamic showroom/work environment that supports 107 staff members and encourages clients to visit more frequently.
