- Thanks to the headquarter move-ins by Westrock and Mercedes-Benz, Central Perimeter had the second highest amount of office space absorbed in Atlanta this year.
- Office leasing in the submarket was consistently strong over the past twelve months. Insight Global’s 205,000 square foot prelease at Twelve24 was the fourth largest transaction completed in the Atlanta market in 2018.
- Though recently announced, it remains to be seen if GID begins speculative construction of its High Street Atlanta project early in 2019. The development has been long awaited and is expected to have upwards of 400,000 square feet of office space.
- Central Perimeter should be a leading submarket yet again in 2019.
